I know you are waiting on the edge of your seats for stories and pictures from my trip to France. Here is the first of several posts.
I arrived in France on Sunday, Sept. 30. On Monday Mentanna and I went to Aix, France just to walk around and see the city. I handed my camera to Mentanna and she took a series of street and fountain pictures. Here they are in this slideshow. I didn't put any captions on them, because I don't know anything about them. Also, we aren't in any of the pictures. We also ate at a sidewalk cafe where I ate fish tajine which isn't French...but it was yummy!

i would just like to say that if i hadn't absconded with her camera, you wouldn't be seeing any of these beautiful pics from france. natalie has to be the worst tourist on the planet! although we had a great time anyway....
I would just like to say that I handed my camera to Mentanna, because I knew I wouldn't take that many pictures. If there aren't people I know in them I don't usually take them. And I must also say I saw the top 5 things I wanted to see in France.
Mentanna, Scott, Will, Wyatt, and one more that I won't mention here. I saw more than I planned so I left very satisfied with my touristic efforts!
Boy, Houston is ugly! I am so jealous! These pictures are better than the Travel Channel. That's as close to France as I'll come.
Dawn
Come visit, Dawn, and I'll take you to France! I'll go back anytime!
Natalie: I'm so glad you posted pictures! I was reading Mentanna's blog and she mentioned a friend coming to visit . . . I assumed it might be you and so I moseyed on over and sure enough - it was you. She of course posted NO pictures. So I was glad to see that you did! Glad you were able to go visit. And I've been to Aix en Provence . . . isn't it beautiful?
