new and improved

Every time I turn on my computer I see the same ad. Every time.

Are you kidding me? Does anyone believe this? The ad says "Look 10 years younger than you did in '97". If this lady looked like picture number one in '97 then she should be dead today. I'm just saying. There is no way any cream or spray can do what these pictures say they can. It says it reduces wrinkles by 57%. It looks like 157% to me. I just can't get over the fakeness (i know it's not a word...i know) of these photos. I mean...sure I think the product probably reduces wrinkles. But it can't give you a face transplant! And I do see that they put the words simulated image on the side of the pictures, but you would think that a little less simulation would sell better than what they did to that poor woman's face. I'm just saying!

It looks to me like the product they're really selling is Photoshop!

Erin alerted me about the list you put on her blog from our trip to A-town...that's hilarious! I'm glad that you posted it so that I could see! It's been too long!

Just a tad unrealistic...

But your comments were hilarious.

You mean I just wasted my $19.99?

I can't believe it! I even got twice as much for ordering at 3:30 AM, and for no extra cost, I got, not one... but two, things I have never seen before and will never figure out how to use!

:)

Way to shatter my dreams there Natalie! lol

Jeez, I HOPE I don't age that much in 10 years. By 50 I'll look like death warmed over. This looks more like an ad for being raised from the dead.

"Don't let death get you down."

"Just because you're dead that doesn't mean you shouldn't look your best."

"Are you starting to deteriorate; literally?"

tamara - i completely agree. completely. i need to get me some of that photoshop!

ronnica - hey stranger! glad to hear from you. checking out your blog...good stuff!

kristy - i wondered if i was a little off base to put those pictures on my blog. but they were just so WRONG i had to. glad you thought it was funny.

witty - now witty. a bar of dove soap and some moisturizing lotion is all you need. and sleep...you need to get some sleep. and i know you have issues with that!

heyjoe - i know...i already look young. i think i look better now than i did 10 years ago so i will be steering clear of that product! for sure! for a picture of me 10 years ago see

2nd one from right...and i was pregnant. i don't want to go back there! no way!

My, how you've changed.

ok...this is for anyone who might have some issues with what i said in my comment to heyjoe. i said i think i look better than i did 10 years ago. not that i think i am some great looking thing. that is not what i am saying at all. what i mean is that in the picture i said showed me 10 years ago i was pregnant and overweight. i was unhealthy. i didn't care so much what i looked like because i was about to have baby number 3. my life was consumed with infants and toddlers. now 10 years later i feel much more comfortable in my skin. i still could stand to lose a few pounds. i eat better and take care of myself. that's all i was trying to say. i like who i am now...and i have no desire to be who i was or look like i did 10 years ago. not at all. so dermitage can keep their skin cream, and i'll keep my wrinkles.
