In this video Brian is telling a funny story to two Turkish guys. You tell me...is their laugh sincere or are they just being polite?
At the end they are inviting us to have tea with them, but Brian is saying we don't have time. We are leaving to head home.

I understood one word of that...when Brian said thank you at the end. I
learned that in Turkey a couple years ago...As for the laugh, it seemed genuine, but then I don't know what the story is about or how funny it was supposed to be. Did you think it was a fake laugh?
ok I just watched it again and now I think it was fake. and this is why...because the guy immediately quit laughing and went on to another subject. the turkish guy was a little cute though...:)
kristy - if you listen closely you can hear him say beethoven and mozart at the beginning of the conversation. he is talking about the traffic police dancing to the classical music. i really wasn't listening to the beginning of the conversation to know why though. and i think you are right...the turkish guy was being polite. he was a rug salesman...but amazingly nice and not pushy at all. i told brian you thought the turkish guy was cute and he said, "what am i? chopped liver?" and i said, "married!"
Ha. Poor Brian. When I first typed my comment I didn't specify that it was the Turkish guy and then I thought, "wait a minute, I should probably specify so that Natalie doesn't think I'm trying to say that her husband is cute." although you can tell Brian that he is definitely not chopped liver. :)
LOL- It seems to me the guy had heard the joke before... and I think kristy is right, sorry handsome Brian, but I want one of my dollars back....lol
I don't know about the turkish guys laughing but I couldn't stop for about two hours!! Wendy
kristy - brian is happy to know he isn't chopped liver. he doesn't like liver.
witty - so how much do you owe him?
wendy - i'm glad you enjoyed it. i laughed too. especially at the dancing part!
Wow. The dancing was hysterical. Does he do that often?
I think it was a polite, but sincere laugh. And I'd choose Brian over the rug salesman. MrwOOW.
Please delete this.
