Spicy

Two nights ago we had spicy beef for dinner. It is Brian's absolute favorite. Spicy beef is just a beef roast cooked in a crock pot with a jar of pickled peppers poured over it. The meat is shredded and served on a bun with cheese. So easy! The kind of peppers you buy determines how spicy the beef actually is. Does Brian like Thai food? Has he ever had Yum Nua? It is a spicy, and I mean burn a whole in the roof of your mouth spicy, beef on top of a spicy salad. First time I had it, I almost passed out.

I have to find a good Thai place around here and take him.
