Something I learned recently.

Pumas are slender and agile cats.

This physique allows it great leaping and short-sprint ability.

The puma is best adapted for short, powerful sprints rather than long chases.

It is adept at climbing.

The puma is a capable stalk-and-ambush predator.

When the puma does attack, it usually employs its characteristic neck bite.

Copulation is brief but frequent.

Only females are involved in parenting.

Wikipedia is amazing.
