Happy Connection Problems

I just wanted to come here and blame our internet connection for my lack of posts. It has been quite frustrating to tell you the truth. One day we have internet for awhile then later it cuts out. We never had internet issues in Turkey. Seems strange. There we had power issues. If the power was out we didn't have internet. I knew that when the power came back on we would have internet again. This...this not knowing why the internet is not working or when it will start working again is for the birds! We called about it on Monday, and they were going to fix it and let us know. We never saw them actually fix it nor did we hear from them, but it was working again yesterday. Last night it stopped working again.

This is not the New Year's post I wanted to write. That will come later. Sometime.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Maybe the internet problem will be resolved soon. We've had that happen when first moving into a new house, but once it was fixed we had no more problems.

Happy New Year to you! I hope you are getting settled and your internet is being more accessible! Will try to stop by more often ~ it is one of my [realistic] resolutions!

Hope you get that worked out soon - it's frustrating not to have reliable web access.

In the meantime, a very happy new year to you!

We tried several providers before settling on Verizon/Fairpoint DSL. Fairpoint is buying Verizon's DSL, so I'm keeping all the fingers & toes crossed until it's proved to be as good under them. Not impressed so far, mostly because I believe a company that provides Internet connection should have a way to pay the bill online from day one!!

Ah that happens to us as well, but less often. Happy New Year! ♥♥♥

Computer problems are like back problems. You never know how much you use them until they go out on you! (Can you tell how old I am?! Using back problems in my analogy. Yikes.)

I like your new design!

Internet issues frustrate me to no end... you should do what I do when I get desperate. Write your blogs in Notepad, or Word. When the internet comes back up, do a quick copy/paste to get it up quickly.

Did you try unplugging the internet and then plugging it back in?

I like your new design too!

Welcome to America! Did you have any trouble finding the place?
