Who am I?

Some of you may have noticed that I changed my profile description on my sidebar. Originally I figured that trying to describe myself adequately was too complicated. Not that I am that complicated of a person, but I thought that people could just read my blog to figure out who I am and what I'm about. But I started thinking about all the drivel I have on my blog. The videos that made me laugh so I put them on my blog to make them easier for me to find when I need a laugh. The random word posts that will make some people think I am a lunatic because all I wrote was a list of words. The random pictures that seem to have nothing to do with anything...believe me...they do. Then there are the stories about my children, the actual posts that I took some time to write, and the occasional conversation between me and someone. Yep...lots of drivel. So now you can read my profile instead of having to wade through it all to figure me out. Not sure how accurate my description of myself is, but it's better than nothing.

And now...I am going to ask those that know me...or even have an idea of who I am to comment with a description of me. If you know me...whether it has been years or months, if you have read through the drivel and think you have a pretty good idea who I am please leave me a comment. I am going to compile the many or the one comment I get and actually put them in a blog post. If I like the way it sounds I might even give them a permanent place on my side bar.

This ought to be interesting...it's a good thing I have my comment moderation enabled!

for my friend who loves words, i could think of no better way to describe you than with these oft neglected jewels in our vocabulary...

perspicacious
intractable
equable
munificent
boosterish
voluble
solicitous
jocular
prepossessing

to just name a few...of course....

Your blog is where I go when I need to be reminded that things are really much, much, much better than I thought. A radiant, food luvin' pixie with a talent for refreshing the soul:)

OK...ready? Really? You are sure? I put a great deal of thought into this... so here we go....

The Good Ones…. A-Z

Authentic, Boundless, Charismatic, Dazzling, Engaging, Faithful, Gentle, Hilarious, Inspiring, Jovial, Kind-Hearted, Loving, Magnanimous, Nice, Obedient, Punctilious, Questioning, Reflective, Spirited, Tenacious, Unprejudiced, Vivacious, Witty, Xenial,Yeasty {full of restless energy or creativity}, Zealous…..

The Flip Side…Not that many

Ambiguous, Cynical, Defiant, Guarded, Hesitant, Irresolute, Stubborn.

Putting it all in context…

The yeasty, engaging, reflective side of Natalie is part of her completely authentic, boundlessly tenacious, punctiliously questioning, charismatic, magnanimous, and inspiring personality.

She is spirited, unprejudiced, vivacious, witty, gentle, kind-hearted, and loving, which makes her very xenial.

Her jovial and dazzling zeal for life, often results in hilarious stories. Natalie is one of the most faithful, nice and obedient people I know, when it comes to her faith and her friends, but like all of us, she can have moments of being ambiguous, cynical and guarded.

Sometimes her hesitancy makes her irresolute just as her stubbornness can make her defiant.

All in all, she is one of the best human beings I know... because she is just that, very real and very human!

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
It must have been cold there in my shadow,
to never have sunlight on your face.
You were content to let me shine, that's your way.
You always walked a step behind.

So I was the one with all the glory,
while you were the one with all the strength.
A beautiful face without a name for so long.
A beautiful smile to hide the pain.

Did you ever know that you're my hero,
and everything I would like to be?
I can fly higher than an eagle,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

It might have appeared to go unnoticed,
but I've got it all here in my heart.
I want you to know I know the truth, of course I know it.
I would be nothing without you.

Did you ever know that you're my hero?
You're everything I wish I could be.
I could fly higher than an eagle,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

Did I ever tell you you're my hero?
You're everything, everything I wish I could be.
Oh, and I, I could fly higher than an eagle,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

Oh, the wind beneath my wings.
You, you, you, you are the wind beneath my wings.
Fly, fly, fly away. You let me fly so high.
Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings.
Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings.

Fly, fly, fly high against the sky,
so high I almost touch the sky.
Thank you, thank you,
thank God for you, the wind beneath my wings.
