And...we have winners.

Remember that thing called a science fair? That thing that consumed our lives for 2 months? Well...not really consumed. I mean we did know about it for two months, but I must admit we did not spend two months working on it. I mean...really. Who does that? Ok...without further ado...

Anna Grace won honorable mention for her mouthwatering project on pancakes.

And Jacob won honorable mention for the catapult he built.

Will also built a catapult but didn't manage to win a prize this year. That was ok with him...last year he won honorable mention for his project on soil porosity. We can leave this school with our heads held high come November...and pray that they have never heard of science fairs at our new schools in Houston.

Way to go Jacob & Anna Grace!! Troy's science fair project was testing which liquids cleaned pennies the best. No such luck on the no science fair projects in Houston-or at least our school;)

Congratulations to the two offspring... They are cute! My ankle biter, says, "Jacob is a cute guy..." and loves saying, "Anna Grace!"

I think you might end up being a Mother-in-law?? How weird would that be?
