I know. I haven't written a blog post in almost a week now. I have barely visited other blogs this past week. I have read/skimmed blog posts in my feed reader, but I haven't commented. And now it is late and I am tired. Tomorrow. I will write something tomorrow. Maybe.

Burning out? You know, blog breaks are not uncommmon and can be helpful.
I find I am doing the same thing. I even thought about giving up my blog. Just can't find anything to right about and don't have the time. I guess we'll see if it passes.
Oh, you weren't even reading blogs and you stopped by and read mine and left a comment - I feel honored. Thank you. I'm sure you'll get your blog mojo back. I'll stop by and read.
citizen - not really burning out...just keeping busy i think! and nothing blog worthy happened i guess.
lynn - i don't think i could give up my blog. i just didn't write. strange.
mamadallama - aw...thanks.
georgie - especially when you don't mean to take them!
rhonda - that might be right! eek!
fringes - thanks! glad to be back!
stacey - i know! that bird story was just too cute. the next day i heard pretty bird chirping in the general vicinity of our chimney. i asked my 10 year old if he thought the bird was singing about his true love. he said, "no, he's probably saying 'help, i'm stuck!'". sigh. no romance there at all!
UGH. I hate falling behind on my blogs. I have to give you credit though, because you actually try to stay caught up. Some of the other people that read my blogs have been known to just "mark all as read".
That's fine, but I'm proud of some of my posts... it breaks my heart, I tell ya.
I'm Natalie. I was born in New Orleans and raised in Louisiana and Texas. I have a husband, Brian and four fabulous kids. We spent a few years working in Turkey (yes, the country), but we are currently back in Texas for a while.

Ok, Scarlet. We'll be here when your tomorrow arrives.
Breaks are good for the soul....have a great weekend!
...all that cheese and donuts. (Facebook status is so revealing!)
Nice new blog you have. Welcome back to Houston!
