I'm sure there are some yummy concoctions of it out there, but my mom used to call the one with celery and carrots "Perfection Salad". I truly believe that vegetables mixed into Jello could only be described as anything BUT perfection. I mean if that is perfection, I would hate to see what ingredients a jello "Mediocre Salad" would contain. Then add 1 cup cold sprite/7-up. Pour into bowl (this is the hard part b/c you really just want to drink it...) and sprinkle with pecans.
